Whichever way you look at it, the people you want to provide information of wrongdoing affecting your organisation have to have the maximum possible confidence that their identities will never be revealed against their wishes.

As a focused, independent expert provider with no competing interests, potential reporters of wrongdoing are understandably better assured of their anonymity than if reporting to a facility that is managed on an in-house basis or by a provider who offers multiple services to you.

When a call is placed to your dedicated hotline number and is answered by a Whistle Blowers information agent, they are not reaching a routine call centre with entry-level operators asking scraped questions.

Instead, they will reach an information agent who has been rigorously trained by professional, experienced investigators in the use of specialist interviewing techniques. The caller is quickly put at ease and then assisted in providing all the information they are able to share about the matter that they are reporting, including that which they may not have known would be important to include in the report.
