A recap of 2014 and what is expected in 2015

The Whistle Blowers team would like to wish you all the best in both health and business for 2015.

The start of a new year always brings new objectives, opportunities and hopefully many successes.

A recap of 2014 and what is expected in 2015:

 

2014:

Ethics Institute of South Africa Accreditation – We again excelled in our annual assessment for the fourth year running, making us the leading independent service provider with this accreditation.

Protecting Whistleblowers – We concluded our 14th year of successfully protecting whistleblowers.

Global Footprint – We have spread our wings and service the following countries: India, the United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Egypt, Zambia, DRC, Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Swaziland, Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria.

Data Protection – We have had a smooth change over to a new service provider to enhance security of data and backups.

Staff Training – The entire Whistle Blowers team embarked on and successfully completed an inter-activemanagement communication and operational skills training program.

Staff Turnover – Another successful year with our staff retention program.

Client Retention Program – The retention of our client base is an indication of the satisfaction with our service and the success of our adaptation to our clients’ needs.

New Website – Our website has again had periodic upgrading, ensuring easier understanding of the service, as well as easier online reporting.

New Blog Site –  We created a Whistle Blowers (Pty) Ltd Blog Site where we post articles with tips and information to help companies in their proactive fight against any irregularities within their organisation.  The positive feedback on sharing information about whistleblowing via our blogs has been well received.
